Full-time Temporary Position (maternity leave cover)

Azad University (IR) in Oxford is looking to appoint an organised and enthusiastic individual to work as Student Admissions Officer for full-time maternity leave cover. 

Key experience and skills for this position would include:

• familiarity with UK higher education system
• outstanding communication skills both in English and Persian
• excellent administrative and organisational skills
• knowledge of overseas student recruitment is essential
• familiarity with UKBA regulations is an advantage

Key responsibilities would include:

• To manage all aspects of student admission from the initial stage of enquiry to the final registration, induction, through to the completion of the course and graduation.
• To maintain an up to date and accurate applicant and student records and filing system.
• To assist the marketing department with promoting the University’s range of services
• To develop and enhance admissions procedures and work closely with all other departments and partner universities  

The job is offered on a full-time temporary basis for the duration of maternity leave starting on 15 May or earlier if agreed between the two parties.

Salary Range: £22500-£26500 per annum dependant on experience
