Azad University (IR) in Oxford is pleased to welcome students irrespective of their race, nationality, religious belief, colour or gender. We require our students to demonstrate an academic background and level of English suitable to the course they intend to follow.

Applications should be made at least three months prior to the start of a course. However, in the case of courses beginning in February, applications can be made until mid November.

Once your application, documents and pre-registration fee have been received, a place will be reserved for you on your chosen course, provided that you meet the admissions requirements and there are sufficient spaces available.

You will also be sent an invoice for the tuition fees after the settlement of which an offer letter confirming your place on the course will be forwarded to you. You must retain your offer letter confirming your place in order for you to make your visa arrangements.

All tuition fees must be paid in full prior to commencing the course. You may also be requested to take an initial English assessment test, which you must complete and return to us. We will send you a statement of account, a map of Oxford, coach timetables from Heathrow and Gatwick airports and central London, as well as details of any accommodation you have asked us to arrange for you.

* Once your application has been accepted you must  pay the remaining registration fee before Azad University in Oxford can issue the acceptance letter.

If you withdraw your application or your visa application is denied, the pre-registeration fee will be refunded.
